Bulgaria authorities fine and ban four fans over racist abuse of England players

Four Bulgaria fans arrested for subjecting England gamers to racist abuse have been fined 1,000 Bulgarian lev (#443) and banned from sport events for two decades.
The 6-0 Euro 2020 qualifier win in Sofia on Monday of england was stopped two in the first half after racist.
The four fans were punished with authorities – instead of the countrys courts – under Bulgarias legislation to thedefense of public order through sports events.
