Roger Federer cruised thrashing seed David Goffin 6-2 6-2 6-0 in 78 minutes.
The Swiss champion fell a break but won six games to establish control in the match.
While 34 Goffin could only manage eight federer hit 34 winners.
He will face Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov at the last eight.

Federer said of his win:”It was terrific. David did not have his very best day he had been struggling. I had been had to return emotionally.
