Sacramento Kings

Vegas Over/Under: 28.5

The Record Projection: 28-54 of fromal The Bet: lean although Avoid under
It’s the 1, if any over/under mark looks about the money. But we’ll still lean ever so slightly toward the under, chiefly for reasons explained by’s Kevin Pelton as he chased the Western Conference bottom-feeders to win just 27.4 matches:
“Despite incorporating veterans Vince Carter, George Hill and Zach Randolph as free agents, the Kings are projected as the league’s second-worst offensive assault by RPM. Even though this isn’t part of the projection, few teams will have more incentive to boost their draft pick, as Sacramento will not have its first-rounder in 2019 due to trade.”
That incentive to tank is big, and it may not even be as impactful as the potential loss of Randolph. Explaining a situation that could soon use to the veteran power forward, Ronald Tillery composed for The Commerical Appeal:”The league’s collective bargaining agreement with the players’ association states a player will probably be dismissed and disqualified from the NBA if he is convicted of, or pleads guilty, no contest or nolo contendere to, a crime involving the felony supply of marijuana.”
Even more moments would be thrust on by losing Randolph upon the Kings’ assortment of youthful, inexperienced gamers. And that is the subject of the roster, as management has done a praiseworthy job of building up their coffers after the departure of DeMarcus Cousins.
That strategy simply won’t turn into wins yet.
